Hi, this is a little bit of my background to help you get to know me better. I’ve had extensive experience as a personal trainer and helping people to lose weight. The uniqueness in my service is being able to combine exercise knowledge with the latest nutritional sciences. This enables me to deliver effective personalised programmes to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
I developed a huge passion for helping my clients reach higher standards for their health, and soon begun to realise this was not a one sided process. Mind and body needed to be integrated to make transformational change.
This led me to study many different disciplines seeking out schools aligned with my own philosophies and values. I now have qualifications spanning from a degree in Nutritional Science to being a certified Co-Active Life Coach.
I love to teach what I’ve learnt, and also have a wealth of personal experience to draw from. I didn’t always have a good level of health or fitness, in fact quite the contrary. I used to be a chain smoker, often drunk alcohol to excess, was out of control with food, refused to exercise and did pretty much all the other things not conducive to healthy living.
This is why I know first-hand what is takes to make life changes, and can empathise and support you on your journey.What got me to change my own life was reaching a tipping point. I had become sick and tired of living the way I was so I made the decision to change. I feel truly blessed to be alive today and want to help you strive towards more optimal health.
