A low carb, grain free, easy to make, really tasty bread

 3 tbsp Ground Almonds
 3 tbsp Milled Flaxseeds
 2 Eggs
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tbsp Butter
 1 tbsp Walnuts
 1 pinch Italian Seasoning
 1 tbsp Chopped Olives

Preheat your over to 180 degrees celsius or gas mark 4

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the level tablespoons of ground almonds and flaxseed. Stir together with a spoon.


Place the butter into a saucepan and gently melt into a liquid, then add it to the bowl of ingredients.


Add in all the other ingredients to the bowl and stir really well


Grease a baking tray and then smooth the mixture over it as best you can.


Bake in the oven for around 10 mins. Bread should be lightly browned on top and be cooked all the way through
